Thanks for the write up. Really appreciate your time and analysis. I went to the AGM and asked the question on the cap raise you quoted. I also spoke to them about what they had done about the flooding at Capricorn and they have put in diversion infrastructure that has dramatically reduced the risk of a recurrence on top of the treatment and dewatering infrastructure.
It seems to me that the problems are well defined and solutions are understood.
I’ve been really looking forward to this update from you.
For two years I earned a decent pile of money and finally lost more than that. But it’s time to hold on to your position and buy the dip. Thank you very much for this excellent analysis.
It's all about position size. This is a speculating, AKA a complete gamble. And risk of 100% loss of capital is VERY high. An investment of no more than 00.25% of one's entire net worth seems prudent. If the PPS drops you hold on. If the PPS doubles you buy a 2nd tranche equal in dollar terms to the position size of your first tranche. Etc. .....
A very high risk of total loss of capital??? Golden Grove has 3 narrow fault lines that they are in the process of drilling access to avoid. Will be done by end 2026 on current information. GG can sustain operations on its cash flows when it produces cash on GG without its expansion fronts. How does that equate with bankruptcy?
